| Crab Stuffed Mushrooms |
| 1 lb. lump crab meat 12 portebello mushrooms 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. white worchestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 crushed clove garlic 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/4 c. minced sweet red pepper 1/2 c. brandy 1/2 stick butter |
| 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a skillet melt 1 tbsp. of the butter. Add garlic and crab meat. 3. Add 1/8 c. of the brandy. Add everything but the bread crumbs. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. 4. Remove from heat. Mix in the bread crumbs. Cool and stuff into the mushroom caps. 5. Place stuffed muhrooms in a baking dish with remaining butter and brandy. 6. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
