| Green Chili and Cheese Squares |
| 1. Slice tomato into 1/8-1/4 inch slices. 2. Beat egg and milk. Dip tomato slices into the mix to coat. 3. Sautee in olive oil until brown and crispy. 4. Serve with sour cream horseradish. |
| 1. Mix chilis, cheeses and onion. 2. Place in a well greased baking pan (8 " square) 3. Combine eggs, milk and cayenne. Pour over the chilis etc. 4. Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes. 5. Cut into shapes and serve with toothpicks. 6. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 3 dozen. |
