| 1. Squeeze juice from limes. 2. Add chopped onions, oregano and fish. 3. Marinate for atleast 6 hours, or until the fish becomes "cooked." The fish will appear white. 4. In another bowl, chop tomato and avacado. 5. After the fish has marinated, drain lime juice and onions. 6. Mix fish with the tomato /avocado mixture. 7. Served chilled over lettuce or as an appetizer. |
