Spicy Cabbage Salad
1 very small head of cabbage, sliced in strips (1/8-1/4 inch)
1/4 lb. fresh green beans, destringed
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. hot Thai chili sesame oil
white pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced ginger root
1. In a skillet or wok, place hot chili oil.  Add green beans and spices.  Stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes.


2. Add cabbage and peppers.  Stir fry until slightly wilted, but still crunchy.  Mix well.   If the dish is not spicy enough, add more chili oil to taste.


This recipe feeds an army.
