Q: What do I type for the heading?
A: Open up any webpage, and take a look at the bar along the top. (If you have Windows XP, it'll probably be blue, if you have a lower version of Windows, it'll be grey.) See the writing in this bar? When people visit your site, you can decide what writing they'll see here; this is what goes in the 'Heading' section of the frames code.
Q: How do I target my pages?
A: This is actually easier than it may seem. Targeting your pages depends on what you name your frames. Use this code, and change the name of the frame you want it to show in.
For example, in my left-hand menu, I've directed all my pages to the main frame with the code above. If I wanted to direct something to the right-hand menu, I would simply change the "main" to "menu2."
