A
diamond's true shine and value is determined
only when it has been cut and polish from whence
its brilliance and sparkle shall have been unparallel.
It
has been 30 years since the Scholar's
Association was founded, and like a diamond, its
journey through the years has made it indeed one
of the most active and most prominent
organization in the university.
I
have always believed that unity and cooperation
will make a good foundation for any group. I
congratulate all of you for making it this far,
and for having been able to accomplish much in
such a short time. In your celebration of the
PNU-DOST-SA 30th anniversary with the theme
"United at 30: Excellence, Unity and
Camaraderie," may you continue to embody
the ideals of scholarly living.
