The
Selection Process:
DORMC
OFFICERS
President
The selection of the position of the President shall be
based on the candidate's active involvement to his own
Community/Movement as its recognized Head and as being part of
DORMC. The President's selection shall be done by
DISCERNMENT
Process.
The candidate's eligibility shall be based on his/her/couple's
active status as Head of their respective community/movement at the
time of the Selection/Election.
The President shall serve DORMC for the period of three (3) years
beginning January immediately following the Discernment/Election,
regardless of the change of leadership in the community/movement
where he/she/couple belongs to assure continuity in DORMC
leadership.
In cases of vacancy in the position, the DORMC shall call for
Discernment for new President within 30 days from the time the
vacancy is announced.
Vice-President
The selection for the position of the Vice-President shall be
based on the candidate's active involvement to his own
Community/Movement as its recognized Head and as being part of
DORMC. The Vice-President's selection shall be done by
DISCERNMENT Process.
The candidate's eligibility shall be based on his/her/couple's
active status as Head of their respective community/movement at the
time of Selection/Election. The
Vice-President shall serve DORMC for the period of three (3) years
beginning January immediately following the Discernment/Election,
regardless of the change of leadership in the community/movement
where he/she/couple belongs to assure continuity in DORMC
leadership. In the absence of the President,
the Vice-President shall take over the President's functions to
insure that all programs and projects of DORMC will continue.
In cases of vacancy in the position, the DORMC shall
call for Discernment for new Vice-President within 30 days from the
time the vacancy is announced. Secretary
The selection for the position of the Secretary shall
be based on the candidate's active involvement to his/her/couple own
Community/Movement as its recognized Head and as being part of
DORMC. The Secretary's selection shall be done by ELECTION
Process/Majority Vote. The candidate's
eligibility shall be based on his/her/couple's active status as Head
of their respective community/movement at the time of
Selection/Election. The Secretary shall
serve DORMC for the period of three (3) years beginning January
immediately following the Discernment/Election, regardless of the
change of leadership in the community/movement where he/she/couple
belongs to assure continuity in DORMC leadership.

call for Election for new Secretary within 30 days from the time the
vacancy is announced. Treasurer
The selection for the position of the Treasurer shall
be based on the candidate's active involvement to his own
Community/Movement as its recognized Head and as being part of
DORMC. The Treasurer's selection shall be done by ELECTION
Process/Majority Vote. The candidate's
eligibility shall be based on his/her/couple's active status as Head
of their respective community/movement at the time of
Selection/Election. The Treasurer shall
serve DORMC for the period of three (3) years beginning January
immediately following the Discernment/Election, regardless of the
change of leadership in the community/movement where he/she/couple
belongs to assure continuity in DORMC leadership.

The selection for the position of the Auditor shall
be based on the candidate's active involvement to his own
Community/Movement as its recognized Head and as being part of

of their respective community/movement at the time of
Selection/Election. The Auditor shall serve
DORMC for the period of three (3) years beginning January
immediately following the Discernment/Election, regardless of the
change of leadership in the community/movement where he/she/couple
belongs to assure continuity in DORMC leadership.

Officer (PRO) The selection for the
position of the PRO shall be based on the candidate's active
involvement to his own Community/Movement as its recognized Head and
as being part of DORMC. The Treasurer's selection shall be done by
ELECTION Process/Majority Vote. The
candidate's eligibility shall be based on his/her/couple's active
status as Head of their respective community/movement at the time of
Selection/Election. The PRO shall serve
DORMC for the period of three (3) years beginning January
immediately following the Discernment/Election, regardless of the
change of leadership in the community/movement where he/she/couple
belongs to assure continuity in DORMC leadership.
