The website has finally been updated with all the recent news from within DORCHADAS.

The most important piece of news to report is that DORCHADAS has two new members. I would like to welcome into the fold "Annihilus" and "Srengach" on Drums and Guitars respectively. Furthermore I would like to announce the departure of "Misanthrope", "Nihilist" and "Avagar" for reasons discussed in the History section of the Biography on this site.

The rehersal recording of "Beneath A Crimson Moon" is available in the media section.

Armed with two new members DORCHADAS completed a promotional photoshoot on Monday the 10th of January. Some of the results can be seen in the Media section of this site. DORCHADAS would like to express our gratitude to Claire Craig of Valia Graphics for her excellent photography.

Rehersal of the "Ancient Blood" material has finally commenced and we hope to finally complete this long overdue demo as soon as possible.

After the release of "Ancient Blood" we intend to reherse for gigging and to do so we require the services of two more members. If anyone is interested in playing guitars, bass or drums in DORCHADAS please contact Achandara.

The site is finished and online. Recording is still in progress and we are still searching for a second guitarist. Download Mp3's from the first demo in the Media section and let us know what you think.

More work has been done on the construction of the new DORCHADAS website, and the whole thing shouldn't take much longer before it reaches completion. A big thank you to Jason Mc Nally for his Flash intro, and general help with the construction of the site.

Our recording session went pretty well today, and we completed the track "Beneath A Crimson Moon". Recording will continue next Sunday (25th) and every Friday night or Sunday night from then on until its completion.

DORCHADAS are also currently searching for a second guitar player as I feel that it would benefit us when it becomes time for us to play live. If any one feels up to it then please contact [email protected]. Experience is not nessecary but dedication is.

Work has begun constructing the new website. All graphics / layout design by Achandara, with help with the construction of the site comming from Miss Claire Craig.

We will be making our second attempt at recording "Ancient Blood" tomorrow after the technical disaster which befell us last time round. If anyone is interested in a copy please e-mail [email protected] so that we have an idea as to how many copies we should print off initially.
