  • Mr. Do Quang Vinh was born in 1933 at Phu-Luong Village, Thanh-Liem District, Ha-Nam province (North VietNam).
  • In 1954, evacuated into the South after graduated from secondary school in Ha-noi, Obtained his Pedagogic Diploma (1960) from The Ministry of Education of The Southern Vietnam (Republic of VN), Bachelor Degree in Laws (1968) and a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Saigon (1972).
  • Since 1954, teacher at Nguyen-Trung-Truc High School in the province of Rach-Gia, then at Petrus Ky's government secondary school and private secondary schools Nguyen-Khuyen, Hung-Dao, Lasan, Dat-Duc in Saigon.
  • 1963, graduated from The Military School for Reserve Officers at Thu-Duc, Chief of Secretariat and Administrative Department of The Central Procurement Office (C.P.O) of The Army of Republic of Vietnam; took observe training at The C.P.O of The American Army in Japan.
  • Director of The Bank of Saigon in Nhatrang province (1972-75).
  • Former collaborator of Education Monthly Magazine, Ministry of Education of The Republic of VietNam (1955-58), of some Catholic Magazines such as: Dao Binh Duc Me, Trai Tim Duc Me, Nguoi Moi.
  • Entered Canada in 1989. Collaborator of some abroad magazines such as: Lua Viet, Nang Moi (Canada) Mai (USA).
  • Teaching Taichi for the Continuing Education Program at �cole �tienne Brul� Toronto, Canada.
  • Teacher of  Vietnamese for foreigners at Language International of Toronto.
  • Co-operated with the Heritage Language Program of The Tontonto Board of Education. Got his Bachelor of Education and the Ontario Teacher's Certificate from  the University of Toronto in 1992. Teacher at Metropolitan Separate SchoolBoard in charge of Vietnamese Credit Courses for secondary school students. Retired in 1998.
  • Presently, collaborator of some religious magazines such as Ch�n-L� (Calgary, Canada), T�ng-� Fatima Viet-Nam Hai-Ngoai (Belgium), of some cultural magazines such as Dinh Huong (Cultutal Centre of Nguyen Truong To, Paris) and Vietnamologica Journal (Montreal, Canada).
