4. The Hitching Post
An inn, tavern, pawnshop and social outlet all in one, the Hitching Post
was crafted by a few long-forgotten elves and is now run by a meriad of 
sociable and interesting folk. Former adventurers, storytellers, and
anyone with anything worth selling come by the post at one time or another.
The shopkeeper, Durham Shortchange, often flurts and converses with the
patrons and has been known to offer odd jobs for enterprising adventurers.
