7. Aencar's Watch
The most powerful member of Ilmeth's legion, Aencar Ralican, moves his troops
through an area full of entrances to the Underdark. Even now, skirmishes between
his troops and the Drow echo through Essembran streets at night every now and then.
This is where the majority of the wooden archery towers common in Essembra lie, and
his archers rarely miss the mark. Aencar has a powerful presence and seems unshakable.
He flaunts his hand with missing fingers and his long facial scars to all challengers.
