| We here at the Transition Service Program are guiding students towards a productive future. The goal of Transition Services is to help students bridge the passage between school and the world of work. The student is encouraged to make choices and decisions that will assist them in beging more involved in planning for their future. Transition Services is an ongoing process that enables students to focus on their interest and future goals. Doorway to Learning is a Secondary Life Skills Support/Transition Classroom serving young adults ages 18-21. | ||||||||
