BayCore 1580:
The best selling insulated door in our line. Offers superior thermal efficiency to fit a broad range of applications. Exterior skin is contructed of galvanized steel, baked-on enamel paint with a ribbed, textured finish. It is available with a White interior finish and either a White or Industrial Brown Exterior.
1-5/8" thick.
R-value of 14.86.

BayCore 2000:
2" thick with an R-value of 17.5 and one of the best air infiltration ratings in the industry, the 2000 is the most thermally efficient door system in it's class. Steel-polyurethane-steel section construction provides a thermal barrier that withstands extremely hot or cold climates, and the most demanding environmental conditions. White only.

BayCore 1580-20:
The 1580-20 offers superior thermal efficiency for heavy-duty applications. Constructed of 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior with a flush, textured finish. Carries a Class 26 sound transmission rating for applications where sound suppression is desirable. 1-5/8" thick. R-value of 14.86.

BayCore 1380:
Excellent thermal efficeincy for medium-duty applications. Exterior skin is constructed with a ribbed, textured surface. Available with a White interior and either a White or Brown exterior.
1-3/8" thick.
R-value of 12.76.

BayCore 1380RP:
Excellent thermal efficiency for medium-duty applications. Exterior skin is constructed of galvanized steel with a Raised Panel, woodgrain finish. It is available with a White interior and either a White or Brown exterior. 1-3/8" thick. R-value of 12.76.

2" thick Ribbed Steel:
24 gauge and 26 gauge features a 2" panel thickness. Designed for heavy-duty use in a variety of commercial and industrial applications. End and intermediate stiles are 16 gauge. Available with optional CFC-free expanded polystyrene insulation faced with vinyl or aluminum backers on door interior.
