On behalf of the Estonian Blood-donors Association (Eesti Doonorite Selts) and International Youth Committee of the IFBDO, we have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the 5th International Young Donors Forum that take place 18th - 21st August 2005.
The forum take place at the Laulasmaa Spa and Conference Hotel that is situated on the Lahepere Bay on the beautiful sandy beach, just a half hours drive from the capital of Estonia - Tallinn. For further information about the conference center you can visit www.laulasmaa.ee
We sincerely hope that you are considering taking part in this great opportunity to visit Estonia and share you experiences as well as getting a fantastic opportunity to meet young donors from all around the World.
We ask you kindly to plan you arrival on 18th of August between 10 A.M. and 2 P.M. and departure on 21st of August after 5 P.M. if possible.
The working language of the forum is English. All discussions and materials will be provided in English.
If you need a visa to visit Estonia, please send e-mail to [email protected] with a note that you need to apply for a visa. Don forget to send us your contacts and full mailing address where we can send you a hard copy of the personal invitation for visa application.

The participation fee for every delegate is 200 Euros and it covers housing in the hotel from hotel 18th to 21st of August, food, sity tour and transportation during the forum. The participation fee payment deadlines is 1st of May 2005. (After 1-st May is 225 EUR until 1st of June.) We do not accept any registration after 1-st of May and bank transfers after 1-st of June.
Please note that you have to pay own transportation costs all the way to Tallinn and back.
