The following statements are not what I think should happen, but hey there is no denying that it would work! As we all know the population of the world is soaring and another countries are trying to do something about it. For example people in China are only aloud one child. I think America should step up and take action, to do this we could instate The Latto. This is how the Latto works, everyday 10,000 people are selected to be killed. Only certain people are eligable to be in this group refered to as the "killing group." The killing group are certain people who have been deamed bad for society, to fall into the killing group you would need to meet at least one of the following requierments. If you have ever commited a feloney. If you birthed more than two children. If your name is George W. Bush. If you are unimployed or on wellfare. If you are 70 years of age or more. If you listen to or like rap, country or pop music. If you are failing in school. If you dont vote. You can also be voted into the killing group; A poll will be taken and anyone that knows you can vote, if 80%+ votes yes than you will be in the killing group for one year. At the end of the one year another vote will be held and the same rules aply. As you can see The Latto would not only reduce the population growth but would also make people better citizens, two birds with one stone is a win win situation! |
