By 1900 William and Elizabeth had died, as I could not locate them in the census. I think it was about 1886 that William died and Elizabeth about September 16 1893
due to the documents below. This record is 83k, because I felt I needed to leave it enlarged for the details.

By September 18th 1893 the appraisers had set apart a sum for support and maintainence and furniture for use.
I have this court document.
Things must not have gone quite as planned, because on Dec 22 1893, Anna Dooly, Jocie Dooly and John Z Dooly petitioned the court to appoint Sarah Jane Dooly as guardian of persons and property. On Jan 2 1894 this was granted. This was filed in the Floyd Court Of Ordinary Dec 5 1893 by John P Davis Ordinary. Entered on minutes of court Book G page 471 # 530, Jan 2 1894
In July 1898 Anna Dooly Powell and Josie Dooly petitioned vs C W Underwood, abministrator of W Dooly deceased, for settlement. with M B Eubanks for the plantiffs.
entered on Book J of muinutes page 517 Dec 5 1898.
By August 1898 this estate still had not been settled, and the administrator C W Underwood was ordered to appear before the Court of Ordinary Sept 1898.
He did not, and was ordered to again on Dec 5th 1898 or be in default.
On Dec 5th C W Underwood was ordered to pay Anna Dooly Powell , Josie Dooly and John Dooly about 41 dollars each, balance due on the years support of said parties within 10 days.
I have no further records indicating whether they received it or not.

Anyhow my great grandfather, John Zacharis Dooly married Idella Dollar and I am starting to move Dollar information to a separate page.
I have just really hit a brick wall in this family line. I guess I need to do ALOT more research. Anyhow, Maria Bobo had a theory which sounds correct. We don't really have proof. But here is the theory. Thanks Maria!!!
