--Nomo threw a NO NO! Hideo Nomo of the Boston Red Sox struck out 11 and no-hit the Balitmore Orioles Wednesday night. Remarkably, he is now the ONLY active major league baseball player with more than one to his credit in his carreer.
--The "Frozen Four" takes place Thursday...just like the NCAA basketball tournament, the NCAA hockey ranks have a tournament to determine a champion, and today is the semi-finals. Michigan (HAIL to the Victors Valiant!!!) is playing Boston College and Michigan State (BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) is playing North Dakota. The Final will be Saturday.
--Speaking of Saturday, that's the day Major League Soccer starts up. This league is beginning to build a LOT of momentum, and some of the better players from around the world are beginning to make their way to the States to play in it. This season should be a really good one.
--Not much going on this evening...I might be going to the Preds game, but I'm thinking I'm more likely to sit on my booty and watch Smackdown...
