Minnow

"Fragile" reads the ends of this message
For we're all so small in here
And I never thought I'd be something...
That's even worth a scrap of your time
I guess you could say we've grown to our liking
But for our dearest and loving, we left nothing
We've turned into something a little more than clichéd mass destruction
We've turned into something worse than ourselves
The screaming echoes of our past have caught up with us
So we'll have to rise in time of trial
And relieve ourselves of these killers
Maybe I'll just leave it up to the advertisers
Once there was a world without a brand name
As we've been told by our fellow minnow

Someday we'll rise in red
Only to look down and dread what we've become
