It was a nice, sunny Sunday (what a change from our last visit!).  But as we drove down the hill to reach the park, a long line of cars greeted us.  We looked at each other, scratched our heads, and then realized in horror (OK, only Doodle was in horror) that there was a car show going on!  Luckily for us, the car show wasn't in the part of the park we needed to visit to collect the rest of the One Hundred Acre Woods, just the parking was.  We followed the line of cars, were directed by some teens as to where to park, and Doodle reveled in the fact that she now owned a Jeep Wrangler that easily drove all over the grass towards the area the teens directed us to.   

After parking, we laced up our boots, grabbed our backpacks and water, and headed off in the opposite direction of everyone else, towards the woods.  This time we skipped Piglet, since we already had a chance to visit him, and headed straight towards Pooh.  We soon learned that the real reason we couldn't find him the last time wasn't the rain – we'd been searching around the wrong tree.  We then quickly proceeded to Eeyore, which was a breeze for us because we knew exactly where to find that bench this time around.  Then a hop over to Tigger, looking nonchalant as we passed some dog walkers.  Finally we made it to the Gang's All Here, and actually thanked ourselves for taking that wrong turn that day in the rain, because if Deedle almost got stuck in the mud trying to find the Gang's All Here on a sunny day, there is no way we would have managed to stay mud-free that day in the rain.

 Oh, and for those of you who recall our ghost-hunting expedition that day we came in the rain, we did visit that tree again.  Deedle took his share of photos, but evidently our ghostly wanderer was off wandering elsewhere this time.
