I ran this blower without the intercooler because I didn’t like it under the car where ATI suggests you mount it.  This can easy be made to work with 3” thin wall PVC tubing and elbows that I have included.  Additional tubing can be purchases at any hardware store.  As you can see, the white 90 degree elbow from the supercharger discharge to the cast elbow on the intake is 3” thin wall PVC.  The ATI kits do not come with a timing retard module because of the intercooler.  Since I was not running the intercooler, I used a Vortec MSD BTM to retard the timing.  You will need the 8910 Tach. adapter to connect the Vortec MSD BTM to your coil wire.  Connection is made on the white wire of the black and gray coil connectors.

Buick Grand National intercooler core with welded on tanks and 3” inlet and outlet.  There is a forward facing scoop on bottom of intercooler. It can be unbolted from the intercooler.  Core measures 4"x10"x13.5"..add about 4" for the thickness of the intercooler.  The inlet and outlet tubes extend about 3" from the core.
