Jody is the head trainer at Greystone Stables. Her riding career began when she was ten. She showed in the hunter and equitation classes as a junior under the guidance of Mary Donner. She also spent a year in combined training.
As a college student, she competed for the University of Massachuestts on the Intercollegiate show circuit. Her first year of competeing brought her a national championship at the Kentucky Horse Park. She graduated from UMass with a Bachelors of science in 1987.
Greystone Stables was started in 1988 by Jody in a facility that she leased in Warwick, NY. Two facilities and over ten years later has seen the huge growth of Greystone. We now own 150 acres and, board over 30 horses and teach over 60 students per week.
Jody's student's show records speak for themselves. Her students compete from Walk/Trot to the Large Junior and Pony Hunters, to the Children's Jumpers. All meeting with great sucess. Jody prides herself on creating horsemen and woman, not just riders.

Maggie started riding with her first horse "Cool Ring". She then continued with a very fiesty horse named "Nordic Night". Both these horses had questionable backgrounds and required a lot of patience and care. Currently Maggie is riding Equity, one of Greystone's horses.

Kelli is now showing and riding GSS horses.
