Well, out of astounding luck, seriously! Random luck, I've come across some new interesting little tidbits of Trigun merchandise that I'm sure some people would love to hear about, if they haven't heard already.
First off, I bought the new Anime Invasion magazine some time ago, and along with the fun word-balloon-tampered image that I placed above, they put in a little sentence and image of a new Trigun mini-bust. This time for Legato Bluesummers. YES! Finally someone other than Monev! I might have to start saving for the mini-busts, they are kind of cool looking, but most I've seen are going for $40 a head. Get it?! Going fo-...!!...nevermind.
Next couple of items are ones I stumbled on by chance. I recently was flipping through a comic Previews catalogue at a comic shop and found a little box in a corner featuring a plush Kuroneko. Yes! Plush! And if it's actually in Previews, then it SHOULD be coming out soon! I need to order one for myself, that is a must have! They are $9.99 a kitty. The last bit I found during a trip to a Suncoast. A company called Comic Images has just released a new trading card series called "Ultimate Anime." The series features cards of various scenes from animes such as: Armitage, El Hazard, Lain, Gate Keepers, Tenchi Muyo, Fushigi Yuugi, and..*darah* Trigun! I know I'm missing a few titles two. I enjoy collecting cards, but this is an expensive series. For one pack the price tag was $2.99. I bought three packs and I managed to get a couple of Trigun cards.
Update!: Well along with getting the images scanned for this article, I took another browse through the Previews catalogue and found that also being released are four vinyl Trigun keychains. Millie, Meryl, Vash, and Wolfwood. And they're SD! They're soooo cute!! They're about $4.50 per keychain. Well, I hope this makes some people excited, I know I'm quite happy that the merchandise is still rolling! I'll be sure to update this later when I come across more news. |
