AWAnime - Member Contract

Before registering, we ask that you read over the following contract. The purpose of this is to make you aware of what rules and regulations there are within the club. We expect all members to uphold and abide by the rules or else they will be banned from the club.

• I. MAIN RULES AND REGS: Due to a wide age gap that is occuring, members over the age of 21 and younger than 10 are not permitted to join using this form, If you are under 10 or over 21 please send us an e-mail saying you want to join and we will get back to you. We realize that anime is widespread among all age groups, but to avoid any problems, we must set up some limits.We welcome anyone and everyone to join our club. All members during any meeting must act in a polite and in appropriate manner. Members are not to insult other members in any way. You are expected to treat everyone with the same respect that you would treat your friends.
  
  
• II. ONLINE & OFFLINE MEETING RULES AND REGS:
  (1)We are a HENTAI FREE club. Members are not permitted to feature any hentai movie during local meetings. During online meetings, members are not to display the website addresses to any hentai related site or pics.
  
  (2) Members are not to say anything to insult or offend other members. This includes name calling, ANY fighting other than role playing.
  
  (3) Members must keep profanity to a minimum. It is at the discression of the AWAnime officer at the meeting to determine what level of profanity is unacceptable.
  
  (4) Play Fighting (or role playing), is allowed, but only on a limited basis. if the play fighting goes beyond play it is at the discression of the AWAC officer at the meeting to take action as he/she sees fit
  
  (5) There will be an AWAC officer at all offical club meetings. This officer will have the ablity to suspend someone from the chat room for disreguarding any rule or improper conduct. It is at that officer's discression to determine if temporary suspension from chat is the final action or to refer that member to the online committy for membership Review.
  
  FEES OR COST OF MEMBERSHIP:
  There is no fee to join Around the World Anime Club.There is also no fee to keep your membership.We are fans just like you,we don't want to pay and know that you don't either.
  
  MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
  Membership CAN be terminated at anytime with or without reason
  Reasons for termination
  (1) Violation of any rule or regulation.
  (2) Invaild E-mail Address.
  (3) Faliure to respond to an E-mail. It will be assumed the e-mail address is bad (See reason 2)

  We at AWAC Can NOT and Will NOT Be held responsable for any action commited by our members or by an AWAC officer. However any action reported to us about a member or officer will be resolved to the best of our ability.
