In November, 2000, my wife and I had Don Rictor of
Rictor Enterprises paint the interior of our 2300 sq. ft. home
located in Ocean Shores, Washington. We had all ceilings, walls
and trim work painted in a total of six (6) colors. A minimum of
two coats were applied to each surface. One living room wall,
painted in a striking red color, took two additional coats.

We found Don Rictor to be very thorough, efficient and careful
in his work. His professionalism and patience was most appreciated.
He was exceedingly cautious to insure neatness, as well.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I am writing this letter as a reference for Don Rictor Enterprises
with respect to his painting business. I employed Don to paint
the exterior of my house and detached garage at Ocean Shores. This
also included all the trim and the wrap around deck on the house.

I found Don to be extremely professional, courteous and very easy
to work with. He responded very quickly to my inquiry call by making
a site visit and having a proposal back to me within the week. He
gave me an estimated start date and adhered to the schedule, weather
permitting.

Once started with the job, Don displayed an attention to detail
and was very thorough. He did not rush to try and get the job done
so he could move to the next but preferred to do the work correctly
and to my satisfaction.

I am very pleased with the final outcome. In addition, I was very
pleased with the final bill as his estimate was exactly as projected.
All my neighbors have commented on how nice the house looks and how
well it now fits into the neighborhood.

I would recommend Don to others and would certainly call on him
again for my own property.

Don & Richard, I want to thank you both for all your
efforts on this painting project. From the starting of the
pressure wash to the beginning of the painting to the end you
both worked with me in advising the tenants when they needed
to move there cars, and to do there doors. You both conducted
your self in every way as professionals in your field.

As the painting progressed and the buildings began to take
on their new look I was very excited to see the completion of
your work. When the job was complete, I did my walk around and
was pleased to see that there was very little touch up to do.
I have received many good comments about the paint job, and
thus far all of them have been good. I'd like to commend you
