Criteria/eligibility includes:
A. Graduating Senior or Graduate of an Indiana Accredited High School,
(1)having been a member of a high school wrestling team for at least two years
(2)demonstrated love for wrestling and a spirit for winning
B. For use while attending an accredited post-secondary educational institution.

Applications are to be submitted by Friday, March 3, 2006
After the applications have been screened, a committee will select the recipient and this name will be forwarded to the Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware Co. for its issuance.
Written notification of the Selection Committee�s decision will be mailed to applicants by April 28, 2006.
