Week Five--Catechetical Materials I
Here are the week five resources!
THIS WEEK'S LESSON:
This week, we suggested many ways to add methods to your lesson plans.  We also talked of the value of outlining  your whole year in August or September when your energy for the task is the highest.  This gives you a road map to follow and a checklist to see if you are using a variety of activities and methods to keep the students interest.   Remember to
"think out of the box"!
Use your new tools to help your students love your class!

For next week: find out what your students watch on TV and spend some time watching and listening to TV and radio programs and music.
Make up work
If you missed more than one week, there are three things you can do with the readings and the material on the web pages for the week missed:
1.  write a short summary
2. or, list 5 main points of the reading
3.  or,  take notes as you read
and turn them in to us.

Questions to ask when planning a lesson
What are your objectives?
How will you connect your lesson to the child's life experience?
How will you get the message across?
What do you expect the students to do or remember?
What methods will you use to help the students learn?
