New Web Site Design - Web Presence

This service is for businesses who are in need of a web presence only. A web presence is an informational site only. The purpose of an informational site is to draw business to a physical location. However, I am NOT limited to only business sites. I can also design personal and family sites as well. Retainer fee required to start a new site build: $1,500. This is capped after 7 days of work. After the first 7 days, the rate drops to $35 per hour (which is maintenance fee.)

What is included in your Web Presence Package?

• Custom web site design tailored to your company's needs

• Graphics design that includes button rollovers, logos, icons, etc and optimization

• Light Flash Design (such as banners, buttons, small flash movies)

• Doorway Pages that lead into your site

• Hosting, domain name, and email set up

• Frequent search engine submission

Mini-Site Design

This service is for businesses who aren't ready to jump into a full-blown web site yet, or just don't have the need for a lot of pages. With the mini-site option, your business can have the advantage of having a web site, and a chance to "test the waters," at a much lower design rate. Retainer fee to start a new mini-site build: $800. This rate is capped after 15 hours of work. After the first 15 hours, rate drops to $35 per hour, which is web maintenance.

What is included in your Mini-Site Design Package?

• 5 Pages or less

• Custom web site design

• Light Graphics design only (button rollovers, icons, etc.)

• Graphics optimization

• Hosting, domain name, email set up

• Frequent search engine submission

• Note: Customers who wish to upgrade to a larger site down the road will be charged at the maintenance price of $35 per hour.

Maintenance

Maintenance is any changes made after initial design has been completed. (Price updates, addition of photos, etc.) Maintenance is charged at a rate of $35 an hour.

Online Instant Storefront Solution

This service is for businesses who meet any of the
following criteria:

• A business with no current physical location, and is in need of a web site along with an instant storefront to sell products online only

• A business with a physical location that wants to boost income and to test new products by opening up a web site and an instant storefront

• A business that already has a web site, but wants to take the next step by also having an online store (physical location or no physical location)

• This service is charged at an hourly rate of $60.

Existing Site Design

This service is for businesses / individuals who already have a web site, and are in need of a new layout, new design, new graphics, new structure, etc.

What is included in your Existing Site Package?

• Everything that is included in the New Web Site Package

• Retainer Required to begin the take over & minor re-design / maintenance of an existing site: $600, to be applied toward first 10 Re- design hours. Design rate is capped at 10 hours. (After 10 hours rate drops to $35. per hour - maintenance rate) Major redesign will be billed the same as a new site design.

Graphics Design

This service is for those webmasters/business owners who just need a little help. You already have a web site that you are happy with or are working on, but you just need a little help with a graphic or two. This can include logo design, button rollover design, flyer design, etc. This service is charged at an hourly rate of $60.

Digital Photography

This service is for anyone .Whether I am currently designing your site, or if you already have a site, I can arrange for professional digital photographs to be taken of your business location, staff, products, etc. This service is charged at an hourly rate of $60.

Photo Retouching

This service is for anyone. This service is charged at an hourly rate of $60. Retouching includes but is not limited to:

• Removal of red eye

• Removal of acme and other scars

• Repair damage such as scratches, tears, and more

• Color Correction
