Rose and Eddie Darko (Mary McDonnell and Holmes Osborne)
The parents had little impact on the story, other than the fact that the mother was in the plane. The father played by Holmes Osborne is a comical character. He laughs during the meeting with the principal. He appeared in The Mod Squad and Domestic Disturbance among others. Mary McDonnell appeared in Independence Day.
