Trout Lake, Sep. 2003. This is the camp that my father built at Trout Lake in 1944. The structure remains the same as I remember it. He sold the camp in 1949.

This photo was taken in Sep.2003 and is the camp that my father built,as a family camp, at Trout Lake in 1944. The camp looks exactly the same as I remember it, however the front deck is new.Traces of a fireplace along the right wall of the camp still exist.Windows, doors and the siding are original. The addition at the back of the camp is new. (not visible in photo) The camp is located about 34 km north of Thunder Bay and was sold in 1949.
