| When a tournament is to start, I will EMAIL you the Pairings and Schedule AND any other information that you need to play and enjoy yourself. |
| It is RECOMMENDED that you use the message board to arrange a time to play your game (this is so their is evidence in case of a dispute between players later on). |
| It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you ALSO use ICC messages and tells to arrange a playing time with your opponent. |

| You have TWO WEEKS in which to play your game for that particular round. |
