2. Payments made on Visa or MasterCard or cashier's check only..
3. Shipping/pickup arrangements to be made by buyer. Cost will be buyer's responsibility. Transport companies are available to ship your animals if you don't want or can't pick them up yourself.
4. All animals will have Coggins and Health Certificate necessary for your state available at transport.
5. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EMAIL OR PHONE FAILURES SUCH AS INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBER, UNDELIVERED MAIL, BUSY OR UNANSWERED PHONE. Every attempt will be made to contact you by email and phone during the bidding if you desire, however, we cannot guarantee contact will be made during the last minute bidding. Please keep checking the site for updates. I will try to keep current bid offer listed.
6. It is the buyer's responsibility to be available on the day of auction or to leave an "Absolute Maximum bid" with the seller. Leaving a bid will help avoid problems stated above.
7. Bidding takes place as follows: bidder #1 places an authorized maximum bid on BJ for $2300.
The starting bid is $1100 which is what bidder #1 will be now listed as having bid. Bidder #2 places an authorized maximum bid on BJ for $1950. Since bidder #1 has a maximum higher than #2's maximum, he (#1) still retains the bid, however the price has now moved to $1975 ($25 higher than #2's highest bid). Bidder #3 places an authorized maximum bid on BJ for $2400. At this time, bidder #1 is shut out and Bidder #3 now has the bid, at $2325 *** When we see that you are outbid, we will make every attempt to contact you to see if you want to bid higher or not. If bidder #3 made his offer during the last minutes of the bidding, it may not be possible for us to contact you, although we will try. We are sorry if you are shut out on an animal you want to have, but this is why there is an "authorized Maximum bid". Please be sure you leave your HIGHEST offer when you place your bid. 8. All of the animals will be for sale at their original asking price until midnight October 31, at which time, the bidding officially begins and the animals are otherwise off the market. They are available to view by appointment at our farm...call for information. Some listed are already SOLD! I am trying to keep the list very current.
