Trained as an architect, Dongik has designed and illustrated the work of many renowned architectural firms. His illustration techinque combines an intesnsely focused and highly detailed subject with an abstract and loosely defined entrourage. He enhances the depth and vitality of his illustrations through the use of high contrast and varied contour textures. He works in all availible media, including pencil, pen and ink, and prisma color, and is best known for his skill as a watercolorist.
