1. How much do I have to pay in order to register in your course, and how many "classes or essay reviews can I have after paying tuition?

The tuition allows you to write as many essays or diary entries as you want, as long as you follow one rule. You may not submit anything until you have received the previous submission back after it has been edited. It usually takes from two to twelve hours for a submission to be edited. (It depends on the time of day you send your submission.) However, each teacher will make every effort to make sure your work is edited and back to you within twenty-four hours unless there is some problem. 2. Can I use a credit card?
As of this time, you can use your credit card to make a payment through Paypal. Please click on the Paypal symbol located on the main screen for more information.
3. I live in the USA. How do I pay for your service?
You can make your payment through Paypal, use a money order, or wire the money to Mr. E. Please contact Mr. E. at [email protected] for more information
4. Can I choose my tutor?
Yes, you can choose the tutor that you want. As long as that tutor has an opening you will be assigned to their classroom.
5. Can I change my tutor?
Yes, you can change your tutor. We realize that conflicts do arise and all you need to do is email Mr. E at [email protected] with your request. We will do our best to match our students with an appropriate tutor.
6. Can I decide an essay topic or does the tutor assign them?
You can choose your topics or the tutor will assign them. This is a one-on-one tutoring service. You and your teacher will decide what is best for you. It does not make any difference which method is used as long as it helps you. Our ultimate goal is your success.
7. My tutor sometimes delays his answer for two days. What am I supposed to do?
If you are having a problem with your tutor replying in a timely manner, first, please discuss the problem with your tutor. If this does not work, please contact Mr. E. at [email protected] and the problem will be solved.
8. After I send my tuition how soon can I start?
As soon as we receive your tuition, we will assign you a private classroom and send you an email with your private classroom key. It usually takes less than one hour to open a class. Keep in mind that time differences from country to country affect the availability of a tutor to come to school. (Even teachers need to sleep sometime!!!)
9. Can I get an essay edited on a Saturday or Sunday?
Yes, you can. Our tutors generally teach seven days a week. You can also arrange special classes with your tutor to meet your schedule. If there is a schedule conflict, we can arrange an alternate tutor to meet your need.
10. Can I get other writing services?
Yes, you can. Our tutors are currently working with many people (students, business people, etc.) who need English writing help beyond exam preparation. They work with these students on an individual basis so that THEIR needs are met.
