Well, I have changed the look and feel of the website.  I got tired of the spinning globe and I wanted to streamline the site a bit.  I am getting ready to go to Arizona to attend my cousin Julie's wedding and can't to see everyone.

   I have been doing some painting around the house and we are now cleaning up the yard and getting ready for winter.  This year's garden went really well - see Summer-2000 Pictures.  Chiara and John are growing up fast.  John is in the 8th grade and is playing football.  Chiara is in preschool and really likes it.  

   As usual, I am playing Fantasy Football and spending way too much time on the internet.  I am still thinking about taking an assignment to Europe - still got the bug.  During this summer, I was a jurist in a gang-related murder trial and now know more than I every wanted to know about gang life.  It was a pretty interesting case and was the first time I had ever been involved in a trial - it was kinda neat.
