As like every year, players from our U-16 and U-18 teams have to leave us to further their education.

This year though, we have lost two players who when wearing the red, have performed to their very best. Both have even been recognized by their province and even country.

Donal Byrne and Pete-so Cannon are not leaving for college though, they will further their rugby careers at their chosen schools in Leinster as well as doing their Leaving Certificate.

Not taking away from those going to college of course, but you are still eligible to play for Donegal Demons!!! hint hint.

Good luck to the two boys, and especially Donal, who last year became the first Donegal Town RFC player to represent his country in an international.
