Spanish Rice

2 cups rice
2 tsp. oil.
Choped up bacon, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, onion, celery
3 of water
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 can tomato sauce (Liquid double rice)
Cili pepper to taste, cumino, , salt, and pepper to taste

Start by frying the rice in the oil
You'll want to use low heat, frying the rice until it
takes on a less translucent, whitish tan appearance. Then add the
water and tomato sauce and bring the whole thing to a boil, adding
the spices to taste as you go. After it comes to a boil, reduce
the heat and cover.
In a seperate pan brown bacon, chopped green pepper, onion, celery
Add together and You'll have tasty rice in just twenty minutes or so.
If you want this to be more than just a side dish, you can add
cooked chicken, pork, or beef and serve a plate of it as a meal.
