     A nice day on Opasso Beach, the sky was a perfect shade of blue... and the sea wind was blowing
very nicely.  Arni Village wasn't too far away from the beach.  It was so quiet, only the sound of ocean
waves and seagulls could be heard.  Occasionally, the sound of harmless sea monsters could be heard
cowering off behind rocks and in the water.  

     Kid, who now lived in Arni Village, often came here for the peace and quiet.  She was wearing her
usual outside outfit.  She had her hair pulled back the way she usually did, as it blew along with the
gentle breeze.  Though she wondered one thing, "Where is Serge?"  Serge was supposed to meet her with
at the shore so that they could have some time alone, but he was late for some reason.

     "Probrably sleeping in again, bloody bloke" Kid thought to herself.  "He should've been here by now."

     Just then, there was the sound of sand being triffled with behind her.  She turned and looked around.

     "Who's there?"  She said, pulling out her dagger.  She walked over and saw Leena, kneeling, swooping
sand into her hand and letting it go again.  She was crying.

     "Oi.. it's you"  Kid said, putting her dagger away.  "What are ya doing here eh?"

     Lenna turned up and looked at her.  "I was supposed to meet Serge here... have you seen him Kid?"
she asked tearfully.

     "Oi!  What did ya say?!"  She yelled angrily.  "Meet Serge?!  Today?!"

     Lenna stood up fast, she gave Kid a funny look.  "Yes, why?"

     "Im 'supose to meet em 'ere!"  Kid yelled again.  "Ya sure ya got the right day?"

     "Ah!  Who does he think he is?!  Meeting two women on the same day?"  Lenna started to complain.
"I tell you what, Kid... lets give him a taste of his own medicine.. when he finally comes.. we'll be
hiding off behind the rocks somewhere.  Then we'll jump out and get all mad at him."

     "...and whats this gonna prove?"  Kid asked.

     "This will teach him NOT to be late for use women again."  Lenna said.  "...for either you nor me.
Besides, im very much tired of babysitting those brats on the pier."

     "Good point."  Kid finally agreed.  "Bloody bastard..."
     So, both Leena and Kid both walked back to Lizard Rock.  The area was beautiful, having crystal
clear water, beautifully color rocks.  With the sun about ten in the morning, the area looked very
marvelous.  Both girls took cover behind the large shell that in the area.  ***the shell you use to
get one of those scales***  It was big enough to hide both of them.

     "Now.. nobody should see us here"  Leena whispered to Kid.  "What do you think?"

     "This is childish.."  Kid replyed.  "Why do you wanna be here anyway?"  she asked Lenna.

     "Just wait..." said Leena.

     Two hours had passed since they hidden there, they whispered to each other about stuff Serge did
in the past, and what had happened since Lavos' defeat.  The two girls didn't change though, Lenna was
still Lenna, Kid was still Kid.  They didn't mind though.

     "Shh!  Someone's coming!"  whispered Lenna.

     The sound of hurried footsteps were approaching fast.  Leena peeked the rock to see the very
unpunctual Serge running by saying to himself, "she's gonna kill me, she's gonna kill me..."

     "There he is.." said Leena.  "Think we should .. go out an be mad at em now?"  She asked Kid,
turning back to her

     Kid looked at her, staring into her eyes.  "Why go now?  We can just stay an.. chat."

     "Good idea, Serge can wait on us now!"  Leena giggled

     "Yeah" agreed Kid, with a smile on her face

     "Tell me about yourself Kid.. what were you like as a child?"  Leena asked her

     "I dun really like talkin' about me past... besides... theres something else I wanna tell ya...
a little secret..."

     "Why not talk about your past?"

     "Fine, if ya must know.. I was abandoned as a lil kid, and was found by a woman named Lucca.
I reckon she was an inventor.. or somethin'.    Anywho, she found me, took me in 'er house.  She raised
me like I was one of 'er own ya know?  I was livin' a damn good life when that bloody bastard Lynx came
and burned the place.. down.  An... he murdered.. Lucca..."  Kid shed a tear, trying very desperately
not to let herself break down and cry.

	***She was also very convinced that she could handle it... when deep down inside, she couldn't.  
Kinda sad when you think about it***

     Leena moved her hand over to Kids and held it.  "Im sorry that had to happen to you... I know your
trying not to cry but..."

     "Ah!  What do ya know?!... but.. yer right.  I cant just hold it back for the rest of me bloody
life, hell... thats why I wanted ta meet Serge t'day.. oi."  Kid looked back at Leena, who was smiling.

     "Kid.. let me give you a hug." Leena said.

     "Alright" replyed Kid

     Kid scooted over to Leena and the two embrassed each other tightly.  Leena patting her on the back.
"It'll be ok... Lynx isn't here now.. you killed him remember?"

     "Yeah, I reckon so.. but it still hurts, ya know?" Kid said, tearfully.

     "I know, Kid.. but you have friends now.. you live in Arni Village!"

     "No.. not friends... you" Kid said after a brief moment of silence.

     "Yes.. me..." Leena replyed quickly.

     They let go of each other and looked in one anothers eyes, Leena brought her beautiful face closer
to Kid.  They kissed... Kid running her hand down Leena's soft and beautiful face.  Her skin so smoothe
and clean.  Leena pushed against her.. laying her on the sand.  She raised her head up looked down at Kid,
who in return, looked back.

     "What about Serge...?" asked Kid.

     "Serge?  Whos that?" Leena giggled.

     Kid got the idea, they weren't going to see Serge today.  She smiled, pulled Leena down, and started
to kiss her again.  She let her tougue slide into Leena's mouth, letting make contact with hers.  Leena
moved both of her legs to either side of Kid's waist, resting on her stomach.  She began to slip off Kid's
Jacket when the sound of footsteps were heard once again.

     "Oi.. it's Serge." Kid said.

     Leena said nothing, raised off of Kid and pulled her up.  Both of them ran through the small tunnel
that ran through the large rock.  They avoided Serge once again as he walked by talking to himself.. "I'm
dead, I'm dead, I'm dead".  He kept on as he walked right past them and up through the area.  Kid and Leena
tried desperately not to laugh while he was walking by them.  As soon as he was out of sight, they laughed.
They noticed a few seconds later that they were still holding hands.

     "Kid... Come with me..." Leena said, stiffling off her laughter.  Kid nodded to her with a smile.

     They walked back through the tunnel, past the seashell and toward the beach.  The sun now pouring in
across the ocean, making areas of it shine.  Leena let go of Kid's hand and walked ahead to sit at the beach.
Kid followed up and stood behind her.

     "I love this place, brings back alot of good memories of Serge and I.  He brought me scales one time
for a necklace.. or course I made him go and get them because he was late, and that I had to babysit a couple
of brats.  Then he simply.. went unconsious..."  said Leena.

     "That's .. sweet.. I guess" Kid began to say as she sat down in the sand.  Leena crawled over and
laid in her lap, Kid putting her arms around her waist, both watching the ocean.

     Only after a few minutes of silence, Kid pulled Leena closer and started to kiss her on her neck.
Leena closed her eyes and tilted her head in the opposite direction... reluctanctly sliding the shoulders
of her dress off to reveal more of her silk-like skin.  Kid smiled as she kissed her way down her arm..
pulling her dress down off her torso, revealing her figure.  Leena giggled slighty not moving at all while
Kid was kissing up and down her neck and shoulders.  Kid removed her short red shirt that she always wore
and tossed it to the side, also unclipping her short red skirt, throwing it in the same direction.

     "Oh.. Kid..." Leena began to moan.  She turned and faced her lover, her dress falling slightly below
her waist.  She slipped off Kid's white bellyshirt, revealing her firm breasts and threw it behind her.
She then leaned and started kissing her again.. pressing her hard body against Kids.  They fell back into
the sand, but that didn't stop them from kissing.  As Kid pressed back against her.. she could feel Leena's
heart beat.  It was pulsing.. as if she had worked herself over.  Being too busy with each other... a gentle
wave slide their way, slowly rushing inbetween them.  With Kid rolled over on Leena, she quickly raised her
head up after the water rushed over her.  Kid smiled at her... laying her head in the wet sand, she took
both of her hand and pulled the rest of her dress off her body, over her head to revealing a nude and wet
Leena.  Kid threw it off so that she wouldn't be able to get it.

     "Leena.. heh, This was me secret that I wanted to tell ya" Kid said, smiling cutely at her.

     "Kid... take me..." Leena said, moaning and closing her eyes.

     Kid did her a favor and slide off her wet panties, dropping them beside her.  She then scooted closer
to her, and looked down at her beautiful body, so slim and firm.  This made Kid want her even more then she
already did.  Leena sat up a little supporting herself against the sand and spread her legs a bit.  She
looked up at Kid with a nervous glance.  Kid advanced at her, removing her gloves.. setting them on the
sand with every other bit of clothing they had on.  She extended her hand, slowly advancing to Leena,
who was waiting.  Kid stopped and looked at her.

     "Kid.. Please don't stop..." Leena begged her.

     "Im.. just not sure.. about this.." Kid began to think.

     Leena saw the look in Kid's eye, and smiled.  "It's ok, Kid..." she said faintly.  "Come here.."

     "Just one more kiss fer now, dear" Kid said to her, "Serge will prolly be coming back to look for us"

     Lenna got a dissapointed look on her face.  "Yes.. You're right... I love you, Kid.  I want to do..
more.. with you.. as soon as possible, dear."  Leena said to her.. smiling.

     "I love ya too.  We will..."  Kid replyed, also smiling.
     The two embrassed tightly once again and french kissed each other.  It was the first time either of
them had somebody to love, and they made it special.  The two beautiful women retrieved there clothing
and put it back on, although it was a bit wet, The entire afternoon they were out there was worth it.
Holding hands, the two lovers walked up the beach to Lizard Rock once again.  It was time for the two
to depart.

     "I wanna to see ya here, tonight.  We'll go swimmin'." Kid said to Leena, rubbing her shoulder.

     "I'll be here"  She replyed with a grin on her face.

     They kissed each other once again before they finally departed.  Lenna went back to Arni Village,
while Kid went back to the beach.  The sun reached 2:30pm.  Kid grinned out at the ocean bay and decided
to take a walk up beach... she wasn't going back to Arni till she met with Leena.  She loved her, and
Nobody else.
