Garnet saw Zidane come out of the cape. She jumped up and leaned over the balcony to get a better look. She squinted and ran to the balcony door... which was guarded by Beatrix and Steiner who grinned at her. They opened the door together and Garnet ran out of it and to the Stairwell that was connected to the first floor. After storming down it... Garnet charged through the castle door and lead to the Play's audience. She looked around for Zidane who might've come through the crowd, an audience member bumped into her and her necklace went flying off her neck and onto the ground. As she glasped her neck... she ran from the necklace to find Zidane, who was still up on stage.. waiting for her. Garnet through off her crown and ran up the steps crying happily as she flung herself into Zidane's arms... who embrassed her. They spun around. The audience cheered loudly! Garnet dried her tears and looked at Zidane. Garnet: "Im so happy your back!" Zidane smiled and hugged her again. Zidane: "It's good to be back" With Garnet still in his arms.. Zidane waved to the cheering crowd... Garnet smiled, then caught a glimpse of Steiner on the balcony, who was grinning out to everybody, He had enjoyed it. Beatrix on the other hand... had a sort of sour look on her face. Garnet kept pondering over what she could be mad about. When Beatrix finally saw Garnet looking at her... she found her smile again and starting talking in Steiner's direction. Garnet's natural guilty conscience made her wonder if something was wrong with Beatrix... Garnet: *she hasn't been acting herself since I told her of Zidane's arrival...* Zidane: "Dagger?" he said over the crowd's cheering and applauding Garnet: "oh... yes?" Zidane: "How bout dinner tonight? Or are you busy?" Garnet: "No no.. of course not... sure, I will join you" Zidane: "Great! meet me tonight? In front of the castle?" Garnet nodded Zidane: "Sweet! ok.. I'll see you there" Zidane gave her a kiss on the cheek and let her go... as much as he hated too... Baku had ordered them before the play to clean up and fix the ship afterward before they headed off. Garnet gave her sweet smile and little wave at Zidane as he ran off back into the ship, who was now happy. (hell.. with Garnet.. who WOULDNT be happy? I mean.. wow! her figure.. wHOO!! *slaps self*) Garnet turned away from the ship with a red, blushing face and began to walk back to the castle. With the audience cheers dying down... she could hear Baku yelling at Benero to start the engines. Her attention didn't stay that way for long... Beatrix was right infront of her... Beatrix: "Queen Garnet... I must escort you back to the castle... there is no telling how many thieves are out here. Oh, and here it your necklace back." Garnet took it and put it back on Garnet: "Oh.. ok, your right" Beatrix took Garnet's hand and began walking back to the castle Garnet: "Beatrix.. must we go so fast?!" Although they were rushing back... Beatrix's hold on Garnet's hand was gentle... almost unnoticable... kind of like a touch from Zidane. They reached the entrance of the castle and Beatrix let her go. Beatrix: "I am sorry Queen" Garnet: "It's ok... I understand why you rushed... you are dismissed" Beatrix bowed and headed off up the stairs. Garnet: *dear me...* Nighttime seemed to come quick for her... Garnet sat up in her room, dressed back in her orange jump suit. She usually only wrote in her diary when she was lonely, but in the entry she wrote in... the young queen pondered through the day's events. The play, the reunion with Zidane, Beatrix's touch... her touch was on her mind more then anything. Garnet wrote in her Diary... "11-13-1786... I saw Zidane for the first time in forever! But... It did not turn out the way I would have liked it too. Beatrix's look caught my attention just after the play, it was a look that I got from alot of men that saw me with Zidane: Jealousy. At least that is what I think it was, when Zidane left me to fix his ship... Beatrix greeted me when I turned around, she touched my hand. It felt.. good. Like Zidane was holding my hand like in the old days, Was Beatrix looking at Zidane? Or was she looking at me? She is jealous... the question is... of who?" She put down her quill and stretched. Garnet: "Is it a bad thing to love your most trusted friend?" Garnet stood up and clasped her hands together... Garnet: "...." "Queen Garnet!" Garnet: "What is it Steiner?" Steiner rushed in the room looking proud Steiner: "You will be proud to know that I have come to the conclusion that Zidane is the perfect man for you!" Garnet: "..." Steiner: "Is something the matter?" Garnet: "Yes... Zidane is NOT the perfect man for me... there is no perfect man in this world. He is just a boy. One that I find that flirts too much and I DONT appreciate you trying to find my love for me!" Steiner: "Queen Garnet!" Garnet: "I've had enough... you are dismissed Captain" Steiner saluted Steiner: "Yes ma'am" He exited the room, Garnet began untieing her necklace Garnet: "Sorry Zidane, if theres one thing I'll miss... its OUR last kiss" She dropped the necklace on her bed and left the room. But she didn't have to travel far.. Beatrix was right there.. waiting for her, ten feet away. Garnet: "General Beatrix! Um... hi" Beatrix: "Hello... Queen Garnet... I've been waiting for you" Garnet ran to Beatrix and leaped into her arms and began to kiss her. Beatrix: "So you made up your mind?" Garnet: "Yes! I love you Beatrix!" Beatrix smiled Beatrix: "And I love you too... Dagger" Garnet pressed herself again Beatrix.. Beatrix: "Oh... how good that would feel if these... things weren't holding us back" Garnet: " ^_^ " Beatrix: "Shall I escort you to your room?" Garnet: "Yes, and you might have to help me get these clothes off... It's very hard to move around in them" Beatrix: "With pleasure my love" Beatrix picked up Garnet, who let out a squeal... and took her back to her room for her undressing. They both stood before the big mirror in Garnet's Room... Beatrix behind Garnet untieing her jumpsuit, pulling the string through.. lace by lace. Garnet had already undressed Beatrix down to nothingness... now Beatrix was doing the same to her. Garnet: "What were you looking at today?" Beatrix: "At the play? you" Garnet: "Why?" Beatrix: "Seeing Zidane hug you killed me!" Garnet: "Sooo.. you were jealous" Beatrix: "Yes... of him" Beatrix had only undressed Garnet's upper body when she turned around and pressed herself against her again, wrapping her arms around her... face to face with the Beautiful General Garnet: "Hmm?" Beatrix: "Your very soft" Garnet: "Yes dear... now take me to bed!" (whooo! *.*) Beatrix: "With pleasure" she smiled "But what about your clothes?" Garnet: "Ohh.. well we can get them off in a minute, im tired" Garnet turned back around as Beatrix wrapped her arms around her waist... and set her head on her shoulder as they walked to Garnet's bed. It was going to be one busy night for the two. (Wheee! ^_^ Don't you just love my work?) After 30 minutes together.. Garnet raised off of Beatrix to the sound of snoring outside. Beatrix caught her breath Beatrix: "What's that?" Garnet: "The sound of the sleeping wonder, I was supposed to have dinner with him tonight.... but... plans change" Beatrix: "I see.." Garnet said nothing, cuddled back down with Beatrix and starting kissing her again Garnet: "So soft and cuddly.. I love you Beatrix" Beatrix: "Say no more... I love you too" ~*~*~*~*~*~ EPI: Zidane never got the dinner he wanted... so he stayed asleep outside the castle all night that night ~*~*~*~*~*~ The End.
