The Hungarian Symphony Orchestra
The Orchestral recording was handled by The Kiraly Music Network using the production skills of David Kiraly. Mr. Kiraly works in Budapest, Hungary, and for "The Basket" project hired the Hungarian Symphony Orchestra. The pre-edited score for "The Basket" was about 67 minutes in length and required 18 hours of actual recording time with the full orchestra
When using the services of The Kiraly Music Network, all personnel required for the recording process are supplied. This project was engineered by Istvan Biller, conducted by Matyas Antal, produced by David Kiraly, and the session translator was Szidonia Juhasz.

A click track was prepared in advance and fed through headphones to Matyas, the conductor. In this way he would always know the tempo needed to match the timing of the music to the picture. The orchestra would read through one cue. Each cue ranged in length from a few seconds to five minutes or more. The composer would give corrections and improvements to the translator, who would then relay them to the conductor. The conductor would instruct the orchestra and then proceed with a second take which would be recorded. After final suggestions, another take would be recorded. Often that was sufficient. If not additional takes were done as needed.
