As I stated to you in our visits to 5 Star, new car or used car buying is not an experience that many can say they look forward to doing. The first thing I liked about 5 Star was that no one jumped on me as I came in the door. Your pleasant, "Can I help you look at anything today?" was a refreshing approach. In addition, I thought your knowledge of the Suzuki line was (and is) incredible... and I have told many about your knowledge base. Steve was another bright spot, as my pursuit of my new vehicle took me to the "price is right" part of the show. I have always felt a bit uneasy when a salesman has to keep running back and forth to "check with the boss" about a price debate. When Steve came over I could tell that I was dealing with 2 guys who had their act together. No social climbing and clawing, I felt like both of you really and truly wanted me to get a vehicle from 5 Star, but more importantly, get into a vehicle that I could afford. That my friend is where I think your business is so different from the others. People want a vehicle that looks good and also a payment that lets them have enough cash so that they can take that vehicle and go and do things with it, not just look good sitting in the driveway. I came to your dealership because people told me that 5 Star was different from other dealerships... and I saw first hand that they were right. I also appreciated the time to think over the deal, not the usual "you have to decide tonite or the deal is off" syndrome, that can really leave a customer in the panic mode.
