"Don, I have waited until now, 3 months after my purchase, to reply to you. I think my comments will have more meaning to you, since the "honeymoon" period is now over. As I stated to you in our visits to 5 Star, new car or used car buying is not an experience that many can say they look forward to doing.  The first thing I liked about 5 Star was that no one jumped on me as I came in the door. Your pleasant, "Can I help you look at anything today?" was a refreshing approach. In addition, I thought your knowledge of the Suzuki line was (and is) incredible... and I have told many about your knowledge base.  Steve was another bright spot, as my pursuit of my new vehicle took me to the "price is right" part of the show. I have always felt a bit uneasy when a salesman has to keep running back and forth to "check with the boss" about a price debate. When Steve came over I could tell that I was dealing with 2 guys who had their act together.
