Embrace the global tongues!!!!!

I’ve already mentioned this idea to Dónal but I’d like to throw it out to the wider public.

Now while I am still 100% behind our collaborative film idea, like Dónal, I feel the Guild should be a more inclusive beast drawing on all our unique skills.

Now one thing that we all have in common is language, but we don’t necessarily all share it. So, I propose that we have an informal Language Lab. Each person with a knowledge of a different language could put forward phrases and basic grammar e.g. Donal, Mart and Barry could do Irish, I could share what little English grammar I have (as part of my overall crusade to stamp out “txt spk”, natch), Marielle, if she’s interested, French; I believe Mr. Potter may be able to contribute a few words of German and so on and so forth.
