Corvette Invitational Registration Form20 team LIMIT for "A" League ('6' from within KY and '14' from outside KY) and 12 team LIMIT for "B" League (first 12 teams to send in registration before the Dec. 1st deadline). Remember "B" League is 10 point questions only.
*Registration Fee: $90/100per team quizzing. FEE includes payment for lunch (max. 10 people eating) any more than 10 will have to get a lunch ticket or band at tournament site.

*Registration Fee: $100 After December 1, 2005.
No Registration will be accepted after DECEMBER 15th, 2005.
