A $200.00 Rental Deposit is required to confirm your reservation $100.00 cancellation fee will be applied against all confirmed reservations, which are canceled. Refund of the remainder of the advanced deposit will be made only if written notice is recieved forty-five (45) days proir to the arrival date, or if accommodations have been re-rented for the same period. Weekly reservations begin on Saturday to Saturday Check-in 1:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM All Prices include Electric,Cable and Phone (Calling Card Needed for Long Distance). |
