When you want to stay in our apartment we have to come to an agreement on the price to be paid and the period. For this you will have to contact me first.
After paiment of the rental sum and a deposit of 200 euro (in advance) your name and dates will be communicated to the park. On arrival there you can get the keys at the reception or you may have received them by mail.
The apartment is clean on arrival, beds are made and towels are present.
Depending on our agreement, usually you receive two sets of towels and one set bedlinen per week.. If you want more service you can arrange beforehand. There is no phone in the appartment, 2 booths are at the entrance.
Close to the park (approx. 4 Km.) is the Salgados golfcourse. A nice one which needs self-control. T-times can be pre-arranged, for special prices, also for other golfcourses in Portugal.
April, May, June + September and October have a going price of eu 500/week. High season is July and August and will cost eu 750 a week. November thru March rentals oly for prolonged periods
Commercial rental is not thru one agency, there are various agencies and owners. The management is organised thru the owners' association and runs pretty well. Gardens are kept and trash is removed. There is a small office (appt. 77) that takes care of the owners' interests, occupied 5 days a week.The battle now is over the ownership of the former reception, pool and restaurant and former sportsfields. The former rental organisation claims to own them and has even erected a low wall around the pool. In the beginning of 2005 they even closed the pool but now the owners' association has reopened it. Bar and restaurant are closed but it would not surprise me if the bar opens again in summer.
Sports and leisure activities are no longer there, as are the sportsfields.

Coffee maker, electrical orange press, toaster.
Washing machine and dishwasher.
TV with analogue satellite receiver, DVD player (radio, cd player) ?with dolby surround and small collection of dvd's (original soundtracks, dutch/english subtitles)
Bedlinen, towels but no beachtowels.
Tennisrackets, hockeysticks, beachgames, sunshade.
No telephone but phone booths are near.
And all this on 130 sq. metres.
