General Information: 

This guild is open to anyone that meets the prerequisites for guild membership. Although the prerequisites are somewhat strict, all types of players are welcome whether their specialty is PvE, PvP (e.g. RA, TA, or GvG), merchant, farming, running, or others. There are unique requirements for each type, and a player only has to meet the requirements for one type to be admitted. Also, this is an American guild, which is reflected in the guild name (Liberty And Justice For All), and in the cape design and colors (red, white, and blue...which an emblem that is meant to represent the Eagle). However we are not political and this is a unifying theme that satisfies a wide variety of people (if we have nothing else in common, at least we are all US citizens). This idea also extends to the characters themselves since the guild name, theme, and cape are not only applicable to any one type of character. For example, the cape should look just as good on a Warrior as it does on any spell caster.

Recruiting Process (Overview):  

Guild members are categorized as being approved or pending. Approved members are members that the guild leader has personally verified that they meet the prerequisites for membership. All approved members are officers. Pending members are new members that either the leader or officers have invited. Pending members stay as non officers until they have been verified by the leader, then they are promoted to officer status (by the leader). Only the guild leader is allowed to promote or demote members to or from officer status. Only the leader is allowed to disband members from the guild.

Must meet one of the following prerequisites: 

Merchant / Farmer Path:

At time of membership player must have at least one million gold (represented with any of:  platinum, ectos, shards, amber, etc).

Runners Path:

Player must demonstrate they are able to do a run from Beacon's Perch to Droknar's forge (can only die and/or rezone maximum of three times). If player fails they will only be allowed to repeat this test two additional times. Otherwise they need not reapply for at least three months.
