Dominique was supposed to start the year with a new american team, the Noble House Professional Cycling Team. But that team never went to races. Too Good To Be True?, the story behind the Noble House Cycling Team.
Dominique finished 10th at the Visalia Road Race on March 10 in California, his first race of the season, 51st at the Redlands Classic, March 13-18 and 41st at the Sea Otter Classic, March 22-24.

Dominique finished 14th at the Solano Bicycle Classic in California, March 29-April 1 then retuned to Switzerland where he signed with team GS Ficonseils-RCC assurances. Many races in Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Slovenia and Ireland followed.

Dominique finished 5th at the Grand Prix de Lancy on April 22 and 7th at the Grand Prix de Berne on April 29. In Poland, he finished 18th a the Grand Prix de Weltour on May 1 and 24th at the Wyscig Kuriera Lubelskiego i Startu on May 3. He finished 16th at the Milk Ras (Tour of Ireland) on May 27 and 7th at the Grand Prix de Winterthur in Switzerland on June 4.
Best Quebec rider at the Grand Prix de Beauce where he finished 10th.

Dominique finished 9th at the Canadian National Road Race Championships in Dieppe, New-Brunswick, July 28 and went back to Switzerland for the race � travers Lausanne where he finished 16th (and Lance Armstrong 5th) and finished 19th at the Tour de l'Ain run in France, August 14-17.
Dominique finished 21st at Tour of Poland, September 3-9 and 5th at the Grand Prix de Genev�ve (Genfer Kantons-Rundfahrt) on September 16, a 137 km race run in 3h 23 where 138 took the start but only 65 finished.
