I was born in Merced, California on August 15th 1983, and grew up in Atwater, California. Being baptized Catholic, I was brought to church by my Grandmother and Grandfather on my mom's side until I was about seven or eight. Since then, I never really had a desire to learn about God, because it was something I just didn't know was there. Well my Sophmore year, two of my now best friends, Jon Brewster and Chris Vieira invited me to a youth group which I loved. Since then, I have grown more and more closer to God, feeling him speak to and through me many times. Some of my best friends now include Daniel (my brother), Bea Cardin, Jon, Chris, Jordan Ellis, Brady Amaral, Cody Riedeman, Lance Chamberlain, Matt Brewster, Lindsey Bruner, Casci Kondra, oh gosh, I think I'll stop there because there are so many, but if you're not on here, and you're offended sorry, and e-mail me so I can put you on here, lol.
The summer after my junior year was when I was invited to go to Diamond Arrow Chrisitan Conference Center. There I met many people that God has blessed me with, including my best friend Bea (Rebekka) whom I love with all my heart and soul. Well since it was such a great time, I returned after I graduated from Atwater High School in 2001. During that week, I got to know Bea (we still weren't going out yet) for that week and after a series of miscommunications, just stayed friends for that year. Well, I went to Merced Junior College for a year, and felt God calling me to work at the Christian Camp in Nevada City. Well over the summer Bea and I only got closer, and God showed me his plans for us. We have just passed our eighth month "together" and are going strong (so if anyone says that long distance relationships won't work, I've got living proof, [I live in northern California, and she lives in southern Washington], lol). Well God told me to stay at Diamond Arrow which I am currently here working full time, and looking for every possible chance to do his will. I think God is telling me to go to Warner Pacific College next year, so as of now I am in the process of trying to enroll, so if I'm accepted, then it's what he wants, but if not, then he'll show me what he does want for me.
