Hey everyone!
After a long break of updating my page I now have the time to do so. Some news upfront. I am back in Germany since January and I am trying to get started making a living through just playing and teaching for now. It is not as easy as I thought it would be but I think I am getting there. I have some private students which are a lot of fun to work with and I am very proud and happy that they chose to study with me. So thanks to those people!
More news and updates futher down! Enjoy!

Here is a more thorough Version of what new:
I got back just in time for X-mas which I spent with my family in Bad Homburg. My first task was to get a drumset since I have sold the acoustic set right before I went to Boston and my electronic set right before I left Boston. I decided to go with the infamous Yamaha Hip Gig in Mellow Yellow.
I got the chance to check out that little bunlde of drumming-power through a buddy at berklee who had just bought the Hip Gig. I was blown away by the sound and by the power one could get out of a drumset with sizes and diameters ranging from 16" for the bass drum to 10" and 13" for toms and a 12" snare. Add a 14" Hihat a 16" crash and a 20" ride all from the Zildjian Avedis A Costum Line and there you have my new drumset.
It takes me about 3 minutes each to break it down or to set it up. It is just amazing!
After getting the drums I was in need of a room where I was able to practise. Luckily I was asked by some folks I had jammed with  a few years ago to join there rock band. That solved my second problem. After that Istarted looking for people interested in studying with me. I am still looking cause there are still spaces available for lessons! As of now I have about five projects: some Jazz/Latin some Pop some Rock.
I have recorded a few tracks/ jingels in Frankfurt which was lots of fun. I hope that with some of the projects that I have right now I will be able to make some cash
News
so I can start to really make a living with music! I am also taking some buisness classes in frankfurt to help me avoid bad decisions and make better plans for the future.
