| At the close of this project you will have planned a French style balanced meal taking into account the cost, ease of preparation and tastes of your guests. You will have paired dishes and wines appropriately. You will have set a table in a classical French style, you will have served a meal according to the French laws of Ettiquette, you will have written an appropriate invitation and will teach someone unfamiliar with French customs how to enjoy a meal in the French style. You will also be reflecting on the process and writing a report. | ||||||||
